Content Inventory and Audit
Objective
Create a content inventory and audit to ensure quality and consistency across product areas.
Problem
Many teams are responsible for different areas of American Speciality Health sites. With each team working independently and on a per-project basis, I saw an opportunity to improve consistency and clarity.
Approach
I built the inventory in Airtable and created a user interface for product, marketing, clinical health, support, and other teams to be able to easily review content and make suggestions. This approach makes it easy for everyone to participate in the process without requiring any technical experience.
