Objective
Design a web app experience that lets users view biometric screening results, take a Health Risk Assessment (HRA), and access a personal health record.
Problem
Visibility and insight into health risks is a major problem for many users and health plans. The more visibility and control users have over their data, the more likely they are to stay engaged with their health.
Approach
I designed an experience that helps put the user in control and gives them a 360 view of their health. Biometric screenings and Health Risk Assessments are important tools for preventive health care. The user experience must reduce complexity and provide plenty of feedback to make the process simple, intuitive, and informative.
