Health Rewards
Objective
Design a mobile experience that allows the user to configure automatic rewards.
Problem
Users could earn rewards after completing health actions, but there was a limited and often confusing reward configuration process on the web app and no experience at all on mobile. Our client wanted to also push more users to choose digital rewards.
Approach
To improve the completion rate and user experience, I kept the process to three simple steps: reward selection, choose how to receive the reward, confirm information. I also set digital as a selection anchor to drive more digital opt ins.
